Truckee Mountain Properties, Truckee, California - During the bathroom remodel of our Truckee home Sean performed the plumbing work required to relocate all fixtures and complete the installation of an elaborate multi spray head shower system I was so pleased with the service I brought Sean down to my Napa home to perform the plumbing work associated with another complete bathroom remodel, which included removal of the existing galvanized pipe in out 100 year old home and installation of all new copper plumbing. I was extremely pleased with the result of each project: I felt as if Sean was working on his own home in each instance.

I price shopped the first project and found Sean very competitive: I did not call any other plumber for the second project, and would not consider using anyone else when I remodel the master bath at my Napa home this summer.

The new kitchen looks fabulous! We also want to thank you for all of the times you assisted us over the years while we lived in Truckee. We appreciate your quick response and fair pricing. You have always been on time, professional and dedicated to solving problems quickly.
We plan on remodeling the kitchen and two bathrooms in the main house next year and we hope you'll be available to help us with that project. We know it's a little far to travel from Truckee to Nevada City but we just don't feel we could find a local plumber who could do the job the way we know you will. (530)562-0228 - Sean McMahon was responsible for all the plumbing in our 7500 square foot rammed earth, concrete floored house. He had to deal with design challenges that required all the rough plumbing to be in place before the concrete floors were poured, and did not allow any plumbing in the outer rammed earth walls.
The hot water system included a state-of-the-art instant hot water heater and timer-driven recirculation system to insure instant hot water in the further parts of the house such as the kitchen and laundry. Sean is an outstanding plumber. He is knowledgeable and intelligent. He makes good decisions. His advice is worth heading. His work is meticulous and neat. He is easy to work with, reliable and punctual. I have built three homes and worked with a number of plumbers and Sean is far and away the best plumber I have met. We have not had the slightest problem with any of Sean's work and would recommend him to anyone.
